Definition of Party Enduro Picnic 2023 is a timed training event for competitors/owners of off-road motorcycles. The aim of the event is to promote safe practicing of motorcycle sports among children, teenagers and adults in an organized manner, in places adapted and dedicated to this type of sports. The event is also aimed at training, improving physical condition and self-discipline. 2. Participants and division into classes Competitors from the age of 8 have the right to start. Technically functional motorcycles will be allowed to start. Motorcycles taking part in the event do not have to have a registration certificate or accessories (lighting, signaling) required by road traffic regulations. Depending on the vehicle and age, participants will be divided into: the following classes: Junior S1 (from 8 to 11 years old) Junior S2 (from 12 to 16 years old) Hobby Class (from 17 - 44 years old) Masters Class (over 45 years) Pro class (People already taking part in competitions, with more experience, Capacity from 250cc - 450cc) ‼️ATTENTION minor participants must provide their parents' consent to participate in the training: download If a competitor starts in the wrong class, he may be disqualified even after completing training. The training participant must have his starting number visible on his motorcycle, otherwise he will be disqualified. In case of resignation from participation in the training, the entry fee will not be refunded The participant taking part in the training is obliged to collect his/her starting package Each participant must have an ecological mat for the motorcycle (no mat = DSK) After arriving at the training ground, the motorcycle should be taken immediately to the machine park The Refueling Zone is only available in the machine park, on an ecological mat with the engine turned off Motorcycles are only used on the rally route and the machinery park. 4. Regulations of the training ground The training ground is intended only for motorcycles Everyone using the Square is obliged to follow basic safety rules, such as: Driving on the Square route according to direction using appropriate protectors, helmet, clothing and shoes; it is prohibited to use the MK Enduro Gościszewo facility under the influence of alcohol or other harmful substances In places not visible after landing, in the event of a fall, remove the motorcycle as quickly as possible and/or give clear signs to other oncoming traffic about the danger. Driving that poses a safety risk to other users of the Track is prohibited. Minors may use the Track only with the consent and under the supervision of a guardian. Before driving on the Square, the user is obliged to check the condition of the Route surface. Entering the route is tantamount to accepting the conditions applicable to the entire Square. Entering the MK Enduro Gościszewo facility is tantamount to a declaration that the user of the Track assumes the risk and assumes full responsibility for any damage caused by his fault, and thus waives any claims against MK Enduro Gościszewo Please keep it clean, do not damage the technical infrastructure and do not ride on meadows, agricultural crops and forests bordering the Track. It is forbidden to leave garbage at the MK Enduro Gościszewo facility Driving around the Square DOES NOT RELEASE YOU FROM THINKING! 5. Training and its rules More information coming soon on our website. 6. Exclusion of a participant A participant may be excluded for: replacement of the motorcycle with one other than the one registered exchanging a motorcycle with another participant refueling with the engine running and refueling from a container without approval and without using a funnel smoking in the repair area by a competitor or mechanic driving against the flow driving off the designated route shortening the route driving on agricultural crops driving under the influence of alcohol or other drugs bypassing the crossing control point training on the route spilling oil or fuel on the ground refueling the motorcycle outside the refueling zone and after the familiarization lap unjustified overtaking (racing) on the familiarization lap lack of ecological mats during refueling and repairs, fine of PLN 300 - failure to pay the fine - exclusion from the event. Participants are obliged to obtain personal accident and liability insurance; the organizer is not responsible for any losses and damages to participants and their equipment, as well as damages and losses caused directly to third parties and their property.
