description: Yatvingia Rally 2023 Goal: Yatvingia Rally is an event promoting the development of motorcycle sports such as long-distance rallies with RoadBook navigation, enduro, motocross, active off-road tourism and popularization of rules and safe behavior during sports events. Place: The rally base is located at the motocross track in Olecko at ul. Kościuszki 61. Day 1 We meet on Friday afternoon. The event office will be open from 4 p.m., where you will be able to confirm your arrival, collect starting packages and purchase personal accident insurance. At the same time, we will start performing technical tests of your motorcycles. Day 2 This is the day of the Yatvingia Rally 2023 navigation rally. We start at short intervals from the rally base in the order set by the Organizer. The route is approximately 330 km long, 80% off-road, including dirt roads and gravel roads. There are field test sites along the route. Classification Division into classes according to the "dry" weight of the motorcycle based on the entry in the registration certificate or the manufacturer's technical specification: enduro class - up to 120 kg, dual sport class - 120 - 160 kg, ADV class - over 160 kg. Grading will be done using the free Raceduck Live tracking app. The participant will be required to install the application on his or her device. The main criteria are the correctness of the route covered, additional criteria include compliance with the speed limits specified in the RB, stamps obtained during field tests and the time limit for completing the route. How to navigate in a navigation raid Navigation on the route is done using the Road Book. During registration, the participant selects the RB navigation method electronic - navigation application using RB (IOS, Android) paper roll for F2R rewinding machines Accommodation Accommodation in the rally town at the Motocross Track in Olecko (tent, camper, car, bus) - PLN 20/night/1 person - payable at the rally office or when registering on Raceduck. Accommodation offer in Olecko and the surrounding area - reservation on your own. Food Self-catering. The organizer provides snacks, coffee and tea. Bonfire with sausages on Friday and Saturday. The costs of participation in the event include: ENTRY FEE - PLN 500 for all classes. Payment should be made via the Raceduck.pl website, which handles registration for the event ACCOMMODATION FEE, ACCIDENTAL INSURANCE, DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT FOR BUTTON RENTAL (paid on site, at the event office), ROLL PRINTING (Roadbook - paid PLN 150/1 roll during the entry fee) The entry fee is covered Organization of the event with a rally base. Prizes and gifts The entry fee does not cover accommodation costs, accommodation on your own or on the motocross track at the event base, payable PLN 20 (own electricity from a generator, toilets, running water and a place to wash the motorcycle are available on the track) accident insurance for competitors - payable at the rally office in the amount of ....... printing of Roadbook rolls - payable PLN 150 during the entry fee meals (own meals, the Organizer provides only warm drinks such as coffee, tea and a bonfire with sausages) It is possible to purchase accommodation at the rally office.
