CADET Class - 4x4 vehicles with a transfer case, - Any lift, - No internal (does not apply to factory solutions) or external roll cage, complete bodywork, - HT/RT/AT/MT class tires (excluding 'jodła' and derivatives, and Simex) wheels up to 32”, - Registered vehicle with valid technical inspection and third-party liability insurance. Vehicles with extreme tires are invited to the Veteran class. VETERAN Class - 4x4 vehicles with a transfer case, - HT/RT/AT/MT class tires (excluding 'jodła' and derivatives) wheels up to 37” (Simex allowed but wheels up to 33”), - No internal (does not apply to factory solutions) or external roll cage, complete bodywork, - Radiator in original location, - Registered vehicle with valid technical inspection and third-party liability insurance. Thanks to our partners, at an extra price: T-shirt available from March 3, 2026 DETAILS: Location: Piekary Śląskie/Bytom - EROR4X4 track Event office/track entrance: Bytom, Brzezińska St. 76 Tasks to complete: 100 stamps, Trial challenge for everyone - precise driving this time without tape, with a time limit, Speed challenge for those interested - its result will be taken into account in case of a tie - when teams achieve the same total score from collected stamps and the trial challenge. SCORING: no division of stamps by class, one stamp is 1 point; the competitor ultimately decides whether to collect a particular stamp or not (the difficulty level of stamps will vary from very easy to difficult), for starting and completing the trial challenge within a specified time, the participant will receive a certain number of points, but if they perform exceptionally poorly, e.g., fail to pass any gates and knock over several posts, it may turn out that they will incur negative points from the trial, for starting and completing the timed challenge, you will receive additional points, and its time will determine the final result if more than one team achieves the same score from collected stamps and the trial. If teams with the same number of points from stamps and trial did not participate in the timed challenge, the order of registration will decide. SCHEDULE (may be subject to change): From 8:00 AM - collection of starter packs From 8:00 AM - 8:55 AM - technical inspection and vehicle sealing 9:00 AM - 9:10 AM - briefings for individual classes 9:10 AM --> start From 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM - grill available By 3:10 PM - return to base, submission of start numbers and road cards 4:00 PM - announcement of results and trophy presentation 5:00 PM - end of event MANDATORY HELMETS FOR EVERY CREW MEMBER UNDER 18 YEARS OLD MANDATORY REFLECTIVE VESTS FOR ALL CREW MEMBERS A crew can consist of a maximum number of people for which the car is registered, - The entire crew must have reflective vests in a color other than blue and pink. Each class must have a minimum of 3 entries for it to take place. PRIZES: Trophies for the top three crews in the SUV, CADET, and VETERAN classes, commemorative medals for all children actively participating in the rally. ALL teams that score a minimum of 10 points and complete the rally will have the opportunity to choose one prize from the prize pool - EVERYONE WILL RECEIVE A PRIZE worth a minimum of 50 PLN. The order of prize selection will depend on the place taken in the classification by total points scored, without division into classes. Before each event, the organizer will indicate the order of prize collection (for example, we will indicate the following order: 24, 25, 26, 1, 2, 3… - thus, the first right to choose a prize from the prize pool will go to the team that scored the 24th highest number of points without class division, then 25th and 26th place, only then the team with the highest number of points, followed by the second team, and so on). We want to maintain the family-friendly, relaxed nature of the event. We don't want you to hunt for valuable prizes, but just to have fun. Therefore, one thing is certain: the top three crews will not be the first to choose prizes, and the pool includes, among others, a Dragon Winch Maverick winch, compressors, recovery boards, snatch blocks, ropes, straps, TEC2000 products, and much, much more! You yourselves will decide what you take from the prize pool. Remember, competition is not the most important thing, but good fun! This time there will be no GENERAL CLASSIFICATION for 4 rounds; each event will be separate. The main goal of the event is good fun, promoting safe behavior off-road. We are not fighting for "golden underwear." We promote fair play behavior; we thank overly competitive individuals! Come, try, score a minimum of 10 points, and win, among others, a Dragon Winch winch or other valuable prizes. Participation costs: 516 PLN gross (for registrations until March 5, 2026) 600 PLN gross (for registrations from March 6, 2026 - March 10, 2026) No registrations possible after March 10, 2026. The organizer does not refund the entry fee if a participant withdraws from the event. Minimum number of crews required for the event to take place - 30. If the minimum number of crews is not reached, the organizer will refund the entry fees paid. The price covers participation in the event for the entire crew regardless of the number of people in the starting team; payment of the entry fee is required before the event. The price includes: - Event preparation costs, - Entry to the private event area, - Coffee, tea, water throughout the event, - Hot meal according to our 'EAT AS MUCH AS YOU WANT' policy, - Prizes. During the event, the organizer does not provide assistance in recovering immobilized or damaged participant vehicles. Such assistance will be provided after the event concludes. When collecting starter packs, the participant must present the start number provided during registration without being asked, and during technical inspection - a driver's license, vehicle registration document with a valid technical inspection, and current third-party liability insurance for the vehicle participating in the event. The participant is obliged to undergo a breath alcohol test if such a test is ordered by the organizer. In case of a positive result, the crew will not be allowed to participate in the event and will be banned from future events organized by EROR4X4. The entry fee will not be refunded. The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation in the event to participants whose vehicle, its technical condition, or its equipment deviates from what was declared during registration, or flagrantly violates social norms. Detailed regulations will be made available to participants 3 days before the event.
