SCORING: no division of stamps in individual classes, one stamp is 1 point; it is the competitor who ultimately decides whether to earn a particular stamp or not (the difficulty level of the stamps will vary from very easy to difficult), for starting and finishing the trial test within a specified time, the participant will receive a specified number of points, but if it goes exceptionally poorly, e.g., they fail to overcome any of the gates and knock over several posts, it may turn out that they will get negative points from the trial, for starting and finishing the time trial you will receive further points, and its time will decide the final result in the event that more than one crew achieves the same result from the earned stamps and the trial. If crews with the same number of points from stamps and the trial did not participate in the time trial and refuse to perform this trial, they will lose the right to receive an award at the end of the event. SCHEDULE: From 8:00 am collecting starter packs From 8:00 am - 8:55 am technical inspection and sealing of cars 9:00 am-9:30 am briefings in individual classes 9:15 am --> start From 1:00 pm-4:00 pm grill available Until 2:55 pm descent to the base, submission of starting numbers and road books 4:00 pm announcement of results and awarding of cups 5:00 pm end MANDATORY HELMETS FOR EACH CREW MEMBER UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE MANDATORY HIGH-VISIBILITY VESTS FOR ALL CREW MEMBERS The crew may consist of a maximum number of people for which the car is registered, - The entire crew must have high-visibility vests in a color other than blue and pink. A minimum of 3 entries are required in each class for it to take place. AWARDS: Each round includes cups for the top three crews in the SUV, CADET and VETERAN classes, commemorative medals for all children actively participating in the rally. ALL teams that earn a minimum of 10 points and complete the rally will receive the opportunity to choose one prize from the prize pool - THERE WILL BE A PRIZE FOR EVERYONE. The order of prize selection will depend on the place taken in the classification according to the total points earned, without division into classes. Before each event, the organizer will indicate the order of prize collection (for example, we will indicate the following order: 4, 5, 6, 1, 2, 3… - so the first right to choose a prize from the prize pool will be the team that earned 4 points without division into classes, then 5th and 6th place, only then the team with the highest number of points, then the second team and so on). We want to maintain the family, relaxed nature of the event. We don't want you to hunt for valuable prizes, just have fun. Therefore, one thing is certain, the three best crews will not be the first to choose prizes, and the pool includes, among others, a Dragon Winch Maverick winch, compressors, ramps, blocks, ropes, straps, TEC2000 products and many, many more! You will decide what you take from the prize pool. Remember, it's not competition that matters most, but having fun! The top three crews in each class in the GENERAL CLASSIFICATION of 4 rounds will receive cups, prizes and a voucher for any round of the cup in 2026. The main goal of the undertaking is to have fun. We are not fighting for "golden pants". We promote fair play, we thank the pressure-cookers! Come, try, get at least 10 points and win, among other things, a Dragon Winch winch or other valuable prizes. Participation costs: Each round costs PLN 400 net (PLN 432 gross) per crew regardless of the number of people in the starting team, entry fee payment required before the event. The price includes: - Costs of preparing the event, - Entry to the private event area, - Coffee, tea, water throughout the event, - A hot meal according to our principle EAT AS MUCH AS YOU WANT, - Prizes. The organizer does not provide assistance in pulling out immobilized or damaged vehicles of participants during the event. Such assistance will be provided after the event ends. When collecting starter packs, the participant shows the starting number provided during registration without being asked, and during the technical inspection - a driving license, registration certificate with a valid technical inspection and current third-party liability insurance of the vehicle in which they are participating in the event. The participant is obliged to undergo a breathalyzer test if such a test is ordered by the organizer. In the case of a positive result, the crew will not be allowed to participate in the event and will be banned from entering subsequent events organized by EROR4X4. The entry fee will not be refunded. The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation in the event to participants whose vehicle, its technical condition or its equipment differs from that declared during registration, or grossly violates the principles of social coexistence.
