The off-road end-of-vacation event with EROR4X4 TEAM is not a race, but a celebration of shared fun, family emotions, and off-road passion in the spirit of Fair Play. On this day, children become co-drivers, and parents - guides to the world of off-road, teaching safe and responsible navigation through rough terrain. It's an opportunity to show the youngest that off-road is not just about mud and adrenaline, but also mutual respect, helping others, and caring for nature. There are no losers here - all crews are winners! Every child will receive a commemorative medal, because participation, shared time, and good fun are what count. No trophies, material prizes, or fireworks for the best places. Let the reward be time spent actively together with parents. The event will be divided into two classes and two types of routes, so that everyone can get the most enjoyment from participating. FAMILY CLASS for crews traveling with children. The route has been prepared with the youngest participants in mind and will be very easy, so that children can independently participate in completing tasks, finding points, and stamping cards. OPEN CLASS for crews without children and everyone who wants to spend the day on a relaxed tourist route among off-road enthusiasts. The route will be slightly more demanding than the family one, but still primarily focused on recreation, a good atmosphere, and shared fun, rather than sports competition. HARD CLASS for crews craving greater challenges, will include more difficult off-road obstacles and more demanding sections, allowing drivers to test their skills and vehicle capabilities, while maintaining the recreational nature of the event and Fair Play principles. We want to jointly promote values that are important to us - education, passion, and fair off-road. Join us and experience the EROR-THEMED VACATION FINALE with EROR4x4 - just the way we like it most: with mud, smiles, and no competition! MAIN ASSUMPTIONS OF THE EVENT: The event is aimed at all motoring enthusiasts and those who enjoy active leisure - from families with children and people taking their first steps in off-road, through users of passenger cars, stock and lightly modified 4x4 vehicles, all the way to crews with high-performance vehicles prepared for the toughest terrain. You don't need to own a typical off-road vehicle, as we will prepare several routes of varying difficulty, so everyone will find a challenge suitable for their abilities. In this event, the most important thing is shared fun, a family atmosphere, and the joy of time spent actively, which is why there will be no final classification or awards for the best crews. Every participant will receive a commemorative medal and a diploma for participation, which will serve as a reminder of the adventure shared and the end of vacation with EROR4X4. What awaits you: - NFC Stamps, - Trial challenge - precision driving for those interested, - Timed challenges, - Agility challenges for children, These will not be typical competitions! The event is dedicated to parents who want to spend an active day with their children. For adults who want to drive hard and compete, we invite you to the 4th Round of EROR4X4\&DRAGON WINCH, which will take place on October 3, 2026. This event is meant to provide an opportunity to bring your little off-roaders and instill in them the spirit of 4x4, show them what competitions look like, and give them the chance to safely co-drive. We are not fighting for "golden undies". We promote fair play behavior; we thank the overly competitive for their understanding! Participation costs: Each round costs 369.44 PLN net (399 PLN gross) per crew, regardless of the number of people in the starting team; advance payment of the entry fee is required before the event. The price includes: - Event preparation costs, - Exclusive use of the terrain, - Entry to a private, closed event area, off public roads, - Coffee, tea, between 13:00/15:00, - A warm meal in the form of a sausage from the bonfire, - Medals for children OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION: MANDATORY HELMETS FOR EVERY CREW MEMBER UNDER 18 YEARS OLD MANDATORY REFLECTIVE VESTS FOR ALL CREW MEMBERS A crew can consist of a maximum number of people for which the car is registered. - The entire crew must have reflective vests in a color other than blue and pink. In each class, there must be a minimum of 3 entries for it to take place. During the event, the organizer does not provide assistance in extracting immobilized or damaged participant vehicles. Such assistance will be provided after the event concludes. When collecting start packages, the participant provides their start number without being prompted. The participant is obliged to undergo a breathalyzer test for alcohol content if such a test is ordered by the organizer. In case of a positive result, the crew will not be allowed to participate in the event and will be banned from future events organized by EROR4X4. The entry fee will not be refunded. The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation in the event to participants whose vehicle, its technical condition, or its equipment deviates from what was declared during registration, or flagrantly violates social norms.
